It monitors vibration signals caused by body movements, chest expansion and contraction, and heart pumping. The sensors convert these signals into electrical signals, which are then processed through amplification, filtering, and algorithmic analysis to detect heart rate, breathing, body movement, snoring, and other data. This data is then uploaded to the user&#8217;s phone and server via WiFi or 4G cellular networks.
