    This sleep monitor uses ultra-sensitive sensors based on the BCG monitoring principle to monitor vibration signals caused by body movements, chest expansion and contraction, and heart pumping. The sensors convert these signals into electrical signals, which are then processed and analyzed through amplification and filtering. The system then detects heart rate, breathing, body movement, snoring, and other data. The sleep data is then transmitted via a serial port.
